We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Digital Community Manager to lead Schusterman’s efforts to create digital culture change within the global Jewish community. The Digital Community Manager will establish a digital social listening platform; monitor and engage in digital conversations; develop and implement an online program and content strategy; design online campaigns; create and publish engaging content; support an integrated marketing plan; and track and measure community engagement and content performance. We are looking for a dynamic Program Officer to lead the Schusterman Family Foundation’s efforts on ensuring vibrant Jewish life by empowering young Jews to embrace the joy of Judaism, build inclusive Jewish communities, support the State of Israel and repair the world. The Program Officer will assist the the National Director (ND) and Senior Program Officer (SPO) in implementing and evaluating grantmaking, programs and initiatives to advance the Foundation’s Israel and Jewish agendas in North America and around the world. We aim to create high-quality educational opportunities for young people, especially those in low-income communities. The Associate’s primarily responsibility will be to support CLSFF leadership in cultivating and assessing potential investment opportunities, and providing support to grantees post-investment. Additionally, the Associate will be a strategic thought partner for CLSFF leadership, and will take direct responsibility for managing many of the operational aspects of our grant-making processes and for the designing and running of Communities of Practice.
