Shannon Oliver—Operations Manager

Shannon Oliver is the Operations Manager in the Foundation’s Washington, DC office. She focuses on developing and implementing processes and systems for day-to-day operations, manages financial activities, transactions and reporting, oversees all grant-related activities and maintains various technologies and software systems in the National office.  Her close work with the Foundation’s headquarters in Tulsa allows her to contribute to the evolution of organizational strategies, policies and practices to ensure the Schusterman Philanthropic Network operates effectively and efficiently.

Shannon came to CLSFF with a background in finance and marketing. Prior to joining the Foundation, she was a senior mortgage consultant at Chesapeake Residential Finance.  She lives in Maryland with her husband, Daniel, and daughter, Lily, and looks forward to summertime, where she spends her weekends at the beach and boating with her family.
