Dates & Timing

Arrival: Tuesday, November 8

• Registration: 4:00-6:00 PM, St. Julien Hotel
  We ask that you please arrive and complete your registration no later than 6:00 PM.

• Opening Reception: 6:30-9:00 PM, Rembrandt Yard
  Transportation will be provided to and from the hotel. Dinner will be provided.

Departure: Thursday, November 10

• Closing Gathering: 12:30 pm, Rembrandt Yard
  We ask that you please stay for the entirety of the program to ensure all attendees benefit from full participation. Transportation will be provided back to the Denver airport.

Travel & Transportation

The travel duration from the Denver airport to Boulder is approximately 45 minutes. From downtown Denver, the travel duration is approximately 30 minutes.

We will be offering transportation services to/from Boulder for the NetWORKS gathering. Shuttles will also be offered within Boulder between our venues–the St. Julien Hotel and the Rembrandt Yard.

• Tuesday, November 8: shuttles will leave from the Sheraton Denver Downtown (1550 Court Place) and from the Denver airport at designated times. Departure times for these shuttles will be announced at a later date.
• Thursday, November 10: shuttles will depart from the Rembrandt Yard to the Denver airport after the gathering has concluded.

Please plan to arrive at the St. Julien Hotel no later than 6:00 pm on Tuesday, November 8. Your departure flight should leave no earlier than 4:00 pm on Thursday, November 10.

Travel Subsidies

We are able to offer a limited number of travel subsidies upon request. You may request this subsidy in the RSVP Form.

Room & Board

All participants will stay at the St. Julien Hotel in Boulder, CO, at no cost to the guests (excluding incidentals).  Each attendee will be paired with another participant for the duration of the gathering. If a participant would like to room with a specific individual, they are welcome to make such a request in the RSVP Form.

Participants who would like their own room will be at the cost of the guest ($98/night). Upon departure from the St. Julien Hotel, you may give them your credit card to complete this transaction.

Pre/Post Gathering Accommodations

For three days before and after our gathering, we are pleased to offer you our group rate of $189/night to extend your stay at the St. Julien Hotel.

Meeting Space

We will be spending the majority of our time at the Rembrandt Yard, a beautiful gallery space nearby the hotel. We will provide shuttle service between both locations. It is about a 10-15 minute walk between the venues.

Meals

All meals during the gathering will be provided. We will serve kosher-style food with strictly (glatt) kosher options available upon request. Please note your preference and/or dietary restrictions in the RSVP Form.

Dress Code

Dress code for the gathering is business casual. Please dress accordingly.

Wifi will be available in the hotel guest rooms and in our meeting spaces.
