We are committed to working toward a more equitable, inclusive and just society. As part of this work, we are investing in three additional issue areas: criminal justice reform, gender and reproductive equity, and voting rights.

U.S. Voting Rights

Our Voting Rights portfolio supports efforts to enable all citizens of the United States to exercise their constitutional right to vote easily and safely, free from voter suppression, so they can have their voices heard and equitably represented in policymaking.

At Schusterman Family Philanthropies, we believe that a strong participatory and representative democracy is an essential component of accomplishing our philanthropic goals of working toward a more equitable, inclusive and just society. We work to achieve this vision by supporting voting rights and education programs and reforms that make voting more accessible, fighting attempts at voter suppression, especially of historically disenfranchised communities, and supporting initiatives that increase participation from those communities through year-round advocacy and organizing.
