Our global community is going local!

We’ve heard your requests to get offline and get together in-person! While REALITY alumni live in many locations, we have a few select cities where we have an especially high concentration of active participants, partners and opportunities. We are making these nine cities our 2017 pilot hub communities. These cities include: Atlanta, the Bay Area, Boston, Chicago, LA, London, NYC, Portland and Washington DC!

Hub communities are alumni-led and activated. Each hub has one to three chairs and is supported by several animators (alumni volunteers) who work together to organize local events and opportunities.

Events include Shabbat dinners, service projects, holiday celebrations and more! It’s up to the creativity of each community to organize. Information about hub activities will come from your city leaders. They will share details via email, on our upcoming events page and in REALITY Facebook groups. Scroll down for a full list of our hubs, leaders and hub-specific Facebook groups.

Of course, the REALITY Alumni Community Facebook group is still here for all your REALITY ideas, thoughts, articles, events and more!

No hub yet in your local community? Raise your hand and let us know if you’d like to take the lead by becoming a chair or animator! Email Alicia Smith
