This year, a select group of climbers will trek from the Dead Sea (-400m) to Gokyi Ri in the Everest region (5364m) on behalf of rural communities in extreme poverty

The trek will go through some of the most magnificent scenery in the world, both in Israel and in Nepal. Trekkers will choose which of the treks to join -- Dead Sea, Everest Panorama, or both!

Dead Sea Trek: 1 Days / October 11th 2018 | Everest Panorama Trek: 14 Days / October 15th-29th 2018 (Full trek details)

We're thrilled to have Micah Goodman, PhD on Board. Micah, an Israeli-American philosopher, will give lectures during the trek under the topic: "History Of God".

A professional team of local and Israeli guides will take care of all the logistics, from local flights to route planning. All you need to do is show up in Jerusalem/ Kathmandu- we’ll take care of the rest!

The Dead Sea trek will take one day, and is of moderate difficulty. The 15-day Everest Panorama Trek is strenuous, and participants should be prepared to hike 6-8 hours a day (including rest breaks). That said, if you are in good health and engage in regular physical activity, you will find this trek challenging, but eminently doable – and truly fulfilling.

Trekkers may make a personal contribution or collect sponsorships from friends and family. The trek will provide critical funds to TEVEL, one of the leading Israeli NGOs in the field of international development, and a world leader in community development across the Global South. You can do something extraordinarily kind while going on an incredible adventure

To register or find out more, just email us at [email protected] or fill out the registration form and we’ll get back to you.
