Building Social Enterprises

Dylan Tatz brings a wealth of nonprofit and private sector experience to zSharp, as well as a lifelong love of music as the child of a piano teacher. Most recently, he founded and led Tatz Entertainment, a four-employee management consulting firm working with startups and nonprofits in the Bay Area.

Participants will workshop best practices for building a social enterprise, learning from each other as well as from my years of experience in strategy consulting and building several social enterprises of my own. Skills gained will be: a more strategic approach to their ventures, tips on how to start a venture, tips on how to scale a venture once it’s underway, and how to make the right networking connections to push the venture forward. This session is geared towards participants who are at some stage of forming or launching a social enterprise.
