The Process

Ready to dive in? Explore these six essential steps to creating a unique and meaningful TableMaker experience—from planning to implementation to follow-up.

Step 6 Clear Your Table — Follow–Up

You did it! While your event is over, the opportunities to stay in touch with your guests have just begun.

  • Thank your guests:
    • Saying goodbye isn’t the end—it’s the beginning! Sending thank you notes and follow-up materials is a critical part of maintaining this new community you’ve cultivated. Be sure to reach out to dinner guests and anyone who helped you put together your successful Shabbat experience.
    • Want to inspire your guests to create their own Shabbat magic? This toolkit is a great resource for those who experienced your unique TableMaker event and want to get in on the action!
      • OneTable offers a full plate of Shabbat dinner opportunities—including a $150 credit to “nourish” in-home experiences.
      • The Slice, our digest of news, culture, ideas and opportunities with a Jewish twist, offers a monthly dose of conversation-starting content, thematic inspiration and chances to take action once you leave the dinner table.
    • Share any photos:
      • If you feel comfortable utilizing photography during your meal, we hope you’ll share the photos on social media and with the Schusterman team! We may add them to our growing inspiration boards. Please send all post-event photos to [email protected]
