Aaron Densham

Facilitator - experience design, Self-Employed

Aaron is a dynamic facilitator, energetic community builder and creative experience designer. He loves tackling human problems, building transformational experiences and bringing people together to reach their individual and collective potential.

Aaron was born, raised, and currently lives in Melbourne, Australia. He was a leader with Habonim Dror youth movement, where he discovered his passion for Judaism, education, and creating social impact. Upon finishing school, he spent his gap year with his movement in Israel, then returned to Australia to begin his undergraduate studies at Monash University. Over the next few years, Aaron invested his time exploring numerous Jewish education programs, including leading March of the Living Australia three times. In 2010, Aaron co-founded the Informal Jewish Education department at Bialik College and over the next four years built curriculum, leadership structures, programs, camps, seminars, festivals and more.
For more than 15 years he's been designing and facilitating transformational growth experiences for individuals, groups, organisations and schools all over the world. He is currently working as a freelance facilitator and experience designer working on projects to do with self-discovery, leadership and social impact. Aaron's passion is in bringing the elements of learning and curiosity together with self-exploration, creativity, collaboration, passion and purpose.
