Adina Schwartz
Adina Schwartz (she/her) is the Associate Vice President of Strategy & Operations at The Jewish Federations of North America. Adina works across the organization on a range of priority initiatives, including The General Assembly, governance, and system-wide missions. Previously, Adina served in leadership roles at the Marlene Meyerson JCC Manhattan, JCC Harlem, and 21/64, where she worked with individuals, families, nonprofits, and private sector companies on multigenerational philanthropy and empowering next gen donors. She has spoken with communities around the world on generational transition, values-guided decision making, and strategic philanthropy. Adina graduated from York University with an Honors B.A. in Psychology, and holds a Masters Degree in Public Policy and Nonprofit Management from the Hertie School of Governance in Berlin. Adina is originally from Toronto (Go Leafs!) and now lives in NYC where you might find her hosting amateur jam sessions, hiking upstate, or listening to all things NPR.
