Ariel Toli Gadilov
Ariel was born in Tajikistan and made aliyah in 1990, settling in Ashdod. He played trumpet with the city’s jazz band and enjoyed surfing as often as he could. After serving as combat soldier, Ariel was part of a delegation to JAFI summer camps in the U.S., where he was a hiking counselor. Returning to Israel, Ariel combined his passion for hiking and education by spending five years working in the education department of the Society for the Preservation of Nature in Israel. At SPNI he managed a unique educational program that uses the natural surroundings as a tool to develop personal responsibility, empowerment, and to strengthen the Jewish and Israeli identity among the teens, specifically within the Ethiopian Israeli community. While pursuing his B.A studies, Ariel worked for Hillel International where he organized Jewish-culture driven writing and theater workshops for students. In addition, Ariel led a Hillel and IsraAid delegation of Canadian and Israeli students to India to volunteer with Tibetan refugees. Around this period, Ariel was also elected vice chairman of Hebrew University’s business school student union. Ariel also worked as the international Risk Manager for Intel Corporation, focusing on the company’s liability exposure worldwide and corporate insurance. Currently, Ariel working in MyPart, a startup that he co-founded. MyPart is an AI-based platform which dramatically improves the ability of talented music executives to spot relevant songs and allowing them to receive songs from all over the world. Ariel holds a B.A, LL.B in law and an M.B.A, both from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where he has also taught a variety of B.A and M.B.A courses.
