As ROI Community’s Program Associate, Arielle works closely with her colleagues to help them define and understand online organizational needs. She is a key player in developing tech-related strategies and solutions to address those needs. In addition, Arielle is responsible for updating ROI's website and for operating various online programs and tools. Originally from Brooklyn, New York, she moved to Israel in 2008. After studying for a year at Midreshet Lindenbaum in Jerusalem, Arielle joined the IDF, where she served first as a commander and later as coordinator in the Nativ course, strengthening Jewish identity among soldiers. She then studied Jewish history and education at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Prior to joining the ROI Community team, Arielle worked as a tour guide at the Western Wall Tunnel Tours and the Hurva Synagogue in the Old City of Jerusalem. She currently lives in Jerusalem with her husband and son.
