Bar Peled
Bar is a Master in Public Policy candidate at the Harvard Kennedy School. At school Bar leads the Israel caucus, Co-chair’s the inaugural Women in Public Policy conference and focuses on the impact of technology on social and political processes. Bar graduated with a joint degree in Law and History from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, Israel. She is a certified lawyer with a background in commercial litigation and class actions. Bar has over 5 years of professional experience in strategy and media planning in the private, public and non-governmental sectors. She previously worked as the spokesperson for the leader of the Israeli opposition and Chairwoman of the Israeli Labor party, MK Shelly Yachimovich. In her last position, Bar established a local office for a major strategy firm, focusing on policy development for government clients and working closely with entrepreneurs from all parts of Israeli society.
