Brandon’s professional life is dedicated to the development of human potential and connection. Through a suite of services in psychotherapy, leadership development and facilitation, Brandon works with a diverse range of people and organisations across the globe that seek growth, change and transformation. He is on faculty at the Masa Leadership and Impact Center in Israel and is the Chief Facilitation Officer of LaunchPad Australia. Brandon is especially passionate about building leadership talent in the Jewish world. When he is not in-session with psychotherapy clients, he can often be found facilitating workshops, seminars and conversations for individuals and teams across multiple topics and across multiple time zones. Leveraging 20 years of senior professional and volunteer service in the Jewish non-profit sector, he was the recipient of the inaugural Jewish Changemaker Award for a Jewish professional (2014) and is a graduate of Nachum Goldmann Fellowship. Brandon holds qualifications in counselling and human change and Gestalt therapy, has trained in embodied leadership, adaptive leadership and facilitation in the US, Israel and Australia and is a certified practitioner of The Leadership Circle ®. Brandon is also a board director of Mandelbaum House and is a proud member of the Australasian Adaptive Leadership Institute community.
