Founder, Brandon Srot Psychotherapy and Leadership Development
Through a suite of services, Brandon is passionate about developing human potential and accompanying people to their place of personal and professional excellence. Spanning a career of almost 20 years of professional and volunteer service in the Jewish sector, Brandon previously held a series of senior leadership roles across various organizations in three countries, and was the recipient of the Jewish Changemaker Award in 2014. He is a seasoned facilitator of leadership gatherings and journeys of personal transformation and enjoys coaching leaders to realize their aspirations of creating strategic, meaningful change. Clinically, Brandon offers counselling for individuals and couples and facilitates a series of psychoeducational groups at Corrective Services. He is the Founder and former Convenor of various Jewish LGBTI experiences in Australia and currently volunteers for the marriage equality campaign whilst remaining a consultant to the Jewish community. Brandon holds qualifications in counselling, human change and Gestalt therapy. He has also completed trainings in embodied leadership, adaptive leadership and facilitation in the USA and is a practitioner of The Leadership Circle.
