Brandon’s professional life is dedicated to the development of human potential and connection. Through a suite of services in psychotherapy, leadership development and facilitation, Brandon works with a diverse range of individuals, couples, groups and organisations that seek growth, change and transformation. He is a faculty member of both the Masa Leadership Center in Israel and The School of Life in Australia and is the Chief Facilitation Officer of LaunchPad. Brandon brings 20 years of senior professional and volunteer service in the Jewish not for profit sector to his work, was the recipient of the inaugural Jewish Changemaker Award for a Jewish professional (2014) and is a graduate of the Nachum Goldman Fellowship. He is an endorsed sexuality and gender diversity trainer, the founder and former convenor of various social and cultural Jewish LGBT programs in Australia and a former pro bono therapist at the Aids Council of New South Wales. Brandon holds qualifications in counselling, human change and Gestalt therapy. He has also trainined in embodied leadership, adaptive leadership and facilitation in the USA and Australia and is a practitioner of The Leadership Circle®.
