Britney is a Program Officer on Charles and Lynn Schusterman Family Philanthropies' REALITY team, where she supports REALITY's global alumni community by building Schusterman Family Philanthropies partnerships and curating experiences rooted in learning and healing. Before working at Schusterman, Britney served as the Communications Director at the Dunwoody Perimeter Chamber, where she developed special initiatives and programming to support the organization's strategic goals of regional collaboration and diversity. Before that, Britney spent two years working at the University of Georgia School of Law, where she supported programs that were focused on preparing law students for international law practice. Britney is Brooklyn-born but Atlanta-raised by Jamaican immigrants. She is a proud alum of the University of Georgia, where she earned two bachelor's degrees in International Affairs and Magazine Journalism. She is also a trained facilitator through Scaling Intimacy's Facilitation Finesse program and boasts a certificate in DEIB from Cornell University. When Britney is not working, you can find her binge-watching Golden Girls for the eighth time in a row or singing at the top of her lungs (even if the words are wrong).
