Carli Gribov

Managing Director, Recruitment, Teach for America

Carli Gribov is a Managing Director of Recruitment at Teach for America, overseeing TFA's efforts to attract top talent to join the movement to eradicate educational equity. Carli started her career in social justice as a TFA corps member teaching 5th grade science in Houston, TX and then joined TFA staff as a Director of Teacher Leadership and Development, coaching and supporting over 300+ new teachers in Chicago. Carli also helped to launch TFA's values based leadership fellowship, a program designed to fuel the Teaching as Leadership capacity and long-term leadership of our teachers. Last year, Carli lived in Tel Aviv and worked with the Ministry of Education to implement a diversity curriculum for teachers-in-training. Carli holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan and lives in Chicago with her husband Sasha and their new puppy Luna. Carli loves strategic board games, running, exploring, and cooking.
