Dalia Fleming
Dalia Fleming (she/they) is Executive Director of KeshetUK, the only education and training charity in the UK working to create a world where no one is forced to choose between their LGBT+ and Jewish identity. Her work often reaches those who have not traditionally considered or engaged with LGBT+ inclusion. In her role as KeshetUK’s first Executive Director, she works to build constructive, supportive relationships with organisations across all Jewish denominations, understanding that each group comes from a different starting point. Before working at KeshetUK, Dalia worked in Local Government in strategy in areas such as child poverty and IT project management. Dalia has a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from the University of Nottingham and a Masters of Science from the London School of Economics in Gender. Outside of work, Dalia is often found refereeing Roller Derby or on a walk along the canals in East London.
