Daniella Rilov is Head of Communities at Homies, an organization helping build culture networks for local foreign-born communities. Previously, she served as the Executive Director of the AIFL, a non-political organization, dedicated to strengthening the relationship between the people of the United States and Israel. During her six years with AIFL, Daniella has directed the organization and enhanced its outreach, strategy and goals; overseeing the operations, marketing and programming. She grew up in Jerusalem but spent her summers with her grandparents in NYC. Daniella always felt a strong connection to both the United States and Israel, and after serving in the IDF and completing her studies at Tel Aviv University, she moved to New York. Prior to joining the AIFL, Daniella worked with various Israeli artists, managing their public relations and marketing. Daniella holds a bachelor’s degree from Tel Aviv University and a master’s degree in Art Market: Principles and Practice from FIT in New York City. She lives in Manhattan with her husband Gil and their two sons.
