Diego Goldman

Founder & CEO, LAZOS

Diego lives in Buenos Aires and is the head of "F5 Consultores", his own Organizational Development Consulting firm. It works with both big Companies and NGO's. Diego is a serial social entrepeneur. Can´t stop thinking about new projects, mainly about the strenghtening of the jewish life, bridge-building and community innovation.

Diego has held for 15 years numerous community leadership roles in Argentina, but from 2010 Diego began volunteering in Maccabi Buenos Aires and the Latin American Jewish Congress. Now he asess many jewish organizations from diferent countries.

However, for Diego the most important milestone of the past few years was the opportunity to create and lead LAZOS, an Iberoamerican-jewish-professional network for young-adults (25-45), which aims to strengthen the jewish life through community innovation.
LAZOS started as an ROI Connection Point in 2014 and from then is still growing, having now members in more than 20 countries. LAZOS aims to strenghten the jewish life in Iberoamerica creating new ways of activism, leadership and communal life in our countries. Its main pillars are Profesional networking, Tikkun Olam, gender equity, diversity and inclusion. As part of his strategy, Diego is proud of having brought ,developed and lead in Iberoamerica amazing projects as Zikaron Basalon, Mitzvah Day, the Giving circles model and more.
