Diego lives in Buenos Aires and is the head of "F5 Consultores", his own Organizational Development Consulting firm. It works with both big Companies and NGO's. Diego is a serial social entrepeneur. Can´t stop thinking about new projects, mainly about the strenghtening of the jewish life, bridge-building and community innovation.
Diego has held for 15 years numerous community leadership roles in Argentina, but from 2010 Diego began volunteering in Maccabi Buenos Aires and the Latin American Jewish Congress.
However, for Diego the most important milestone of the past few years was the opportunity to create and lead LAZOS, an Iberoamerican jewish professional network for young-adults, which aims to strengthen the jewish life through regional integration and community innovation.
LAZOS is a Schusterman inniciative that started as a latinamerican Connection Point in 2014 and from then is still growing as a regional network of 400 change-makers from 50 cities (17 countries). LAZOS is also a plattform to scale innovative jewish projects and import successful projects from the world to iberoamerica, in order to bring innovation and new significative ways of living judaism to our communities.
