Elad Shoshan is the Owner and Co-Founder of the NOX Group, the largest food and beverages company in Israel specializing in entertainment, culture and nightlife. The NOX group manages and operates eight exclusive venues. Elad is currently the Executive Director of Momentum organization, a ground breaking and innovative training program that assist soldiers transitioning from army to civilian life. He recently concluded his work at the Tel Aviv municipality as part of an Urban Innovation Internship, and as a Project Manager at the Rothschild Caesarea Partnerships organization.
Elad inspires to create a steady balance between business entrepreneurship and social initiatives. He is the Co-Founder of Yahalom Foundation, the official non-profit organization for active soldiers and alumni of the Yahalom unit (Israeli Special Forces), and he's the Organizer of 'Survivor Dinners', social events for more than a 1000 Holocaust survivors alongside 300 recruited volunteers taking place in Jewish holidays throughout the year.
Elad is constantly involved with organizations looking to cultivate innovation and leadership in Israel and the Jewish world. Elad has leaded formal delegations to Morocco, Taiwan and South Korea. Over the past years, he has been active with the JDC, Stand with Us fellowship, Nachshonim venture, Nova Project, Excel fellowship, ROI community and he currently resides as a global board member in WUJS.
Elad completed his studies in the honors business program at the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya, after serving for four years in the IDF's Yahalom unit. Following his army service and during his studies he started to work with Taglit Birthright Israel as their Cultural Program Director during that time he planned and carried out events for over 70,000 Jewish participants from around the world.
