As the Schusterman Foundation-Israel’s Program Associate, Emma supports the management of all Israel-related grants.
Prior to joining Schusterman, Emma worked for three years as a Program Manager for Israel Experience where she brought groups of people on trips to Israel.
Originally from London, England, Emma moved to Israel with her parents in 2005 when she was in 11th grade. After serving two years in the IDF as a commander and later as a coordinator in the Nativ course, Emma spent a year working with the Jewish community in Auckland, New Zealand, as a Jewish Agency shlicha. Upon returning to Israel, Emma completed her Bachelor of Arts with honors in education, sociology and anthropology at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Emma volunteered for three years with Adopt-a-Savta, visiting an elderly Holocaust survivor weekly, and with Mother-to-Mother, helping moms adjust to the reality of life with kids.
