Ido is a showrunner, writer, and creative director based in Tel Aviv.
For almost two decades, Ido has been working in Israel's top networks and media organizations, including Channel 2, Channel 10, Channel 1, and IDF Radio (Galei Zahal). The many things that fill his days include Laila Tov, an edgy, innovative late night show, a weekly satirical column on Yedioth Ahronoth newspaper, a documentary series starring Jonathan Geffen, and participation in the production of the satirical hit show The Jews are Coming.
In everything project he is involved with, Ido aims to bridge hard news with light comedy, offering critical and fresh viewpoints wrapped in jokes. In 2014, after a long search, Ido underwent a kidney transplant, thanks to an altruistic donor. Since then, he has been trying to undertake new challenges and endeavors beyond his comfort zone. For instance, he is part of the Comedy for a Change organiztion, trying to change the world one joke at a time.
