Inbal Halperin Gottesman
Inbal is a social-cultural entrepreneur, trainer, producer, and a lifelong dreamer.
Born and raised in Jerusalem, Inbal works across sectors, with people, communities, and organizations, to strengthen their capacity and achieve their goals.
Her passion for social impact included her services in the IDF, where she served as First Lieutenant in the Education Corps.
She spent the next 7+ years working with at-risk youth and underprivileged populations, including asylum seekers and refugees.
Following that, Inbal joined New-Spirit NGO, where she supported young communities in advancing sustainable-grassroots social change and leading the 2011 social protest. Thereafter she started working at Routes Travel, where she managed and produced leadership conferences for the Schusterman philanthropic network, including the ROI Summit and TOM: Tikkun Olam Makers. She is one of the founders of the ‘Open Holidays’ Festival and Resisim NGO.
Inbal holds a BA in Psychology and Social Justice, as well as an MA in Organizational Consulting and Life Coaching.
