Jacklina was born in Bulgaria and made aliya to Israel when she was seven. She is the co-founder of Beinco- a social business that inspires and trains communities and organizations to realize their collective intelligence and co-create positive change. Beinco is an innovative model designing transformative participatory processes. In 2017 it was selected by the UN entrepreneurs for social change program as one of 25 social startups (out of 500 applicants!) with global impact potential. For four years Jacklina was the co-director of the Jewish Agency "Project TEN" international service learning center, which focuses on co-existence and ecology. She was also the program director for Hillel at Tel-Hai college. Jacklina is a member of the Ashoka ChangemakerXchange global community and facilitation team, and she initiated, managed, and co-facilitated the first changemakerXchange summit for Israeli and Palestinian social entrepreneurs. She is also a facilitator of the RISE for change UN program for social entrepreneurs. She loves people, and is passionate about crafting meaningful interactions and igniting co-creation of positive change. She is also a licensed tour guide. Jacklina has three children- Yarden, Naveh and Rania.
