Jaki is student of life constantly on the look out for different experiences. A “good boy” for most of his early years, Jaki was already an industrial engineer when he started opening up to a different side of his personality and began to focus on spiritual and personal development. Initally interested in becoming an actor in Australia, he eventually moved back to Turkey. Jaki worked as an analyst in a HR consultancy firm and as a consultant in a business consultancy firm. While not really his thing, he learned a lot from these experiences, especially the three months he spent in Kuwait City where his interactions with his peers there led him to focus on breaking down the prejudices they had for him as a Turkish Jew. His journey led him to focus on team building activities that combined acting, engineering, spirituality, and consultancy. Jaki co-founded Work-with-Games with a partner, a company that offers activities and games for corporate companies. He also co-founded SokakRoportajlari.com, a popular YouTube channel with some 60 million views that generates creative content for companies. He began working with the Jewish communities in Turkey, first with his hometown Izmir, and then with Istanbul. Besides adapting the games and activities he created for businesses for use with Jewish youth in Istanbul, Jaki also takes part in theater groups, training teenagers for community work, organizing activities that bring people together, giving workshops for young adults, and most of all inspiring younger people. As his journey continues he feels a continuously deeper understanding of Judaism.
