Jasmine Laroche is a Program Associate for Evaluation and Learning at the Charles and Lynn Schusterman Family Foundation. She has over three years of professional experience providing evaluation, technical assistance and strategic planning services as a consultant for city and state government agencies, as well as nonprofits and community-based organizations.
In her role as Program Associate she serves as an internal evaluator to support the ongoing evaluation of the Schusterman Fellowship and REALITY signature programs and she helps aggregate and analyze data to inform strategic decisions across the Foundation. Additionally, she provides technical assistance to help strengthen the work of grantees through survey design, logic model curation and other data informed, strategic initiatives.
Jasmine holds a Master's in Public Policy from the Goldman School of Public Policy at the University of California, Berkeley and she received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pittsburgh. Jasmine believes in the value of working to understand individual-level experiences in order to properly design programming and create policies. She is honored and excited to align her values with the values of the Schusterman Foundation and is excited to help the organization continue to make a positive impact in our world.
