As Chief Impact Officer, Jill oversees BBYO’s field staff in North America, Jewish enrichment, immersive programming, and teen leadership. Prior to joining BBYO, Jill worked in both public education and business sectors. Jill began her career working for Starbucks in Seattle where she launched a variety of products in grocery stores and cafes. In 2010, she moved into the public education sector after being selected for the Broad Residency, a program designed for leaders interested in focusing their skills on addressing the challenges in urban education. Jill took a role in the Chicago Public Schools to organize external partners in transforming the City’s schools. In 2013, Jill moved back east to work for the New Jersey Department of Education where she led the design and implementation of New Jersey's ESSA plan. Jill has a BA in economics from Tufts University and an MBA from Harvard University.
