Kim is a passionate educator, avid adventurer, and phenomenal friend who has worked with Big Bird, the Bedouin, and Bloomberg, though not all at the same time. Currently, Kim is a third-year doctoral student at the Harvard Graduate School of Education, focusing on educational technology and new K-12 school designs. Prior to graduate school, Kim was a founding member of the Office of Innovation at the New York City Department of Education. Additionally, Kim has served as a Fulbright Scholar in Israel, implementing an original photography and writing program with Bedouin youth in a traditional village, and as the Educational Content Specialist for international Sesame Street co-productions in Israel (Rechov Sumsum and Shalom Sesame) and in Northern Ireland (Sesame Tree). Kim has traveled to five of the seven continents and is actively planning trips to the missing locations. Above all, Kim treasures her relationships with family and friends.
