Born and raised in Ramat Gan, Lihi is an entrepreneur, facilitator, design-thinking expert, education advocate, and a mom who is a true innovator in all aspects of her life. After serving as an officer in the IDF, Lihi completed her B.F.A. and M.Des. at the Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design. She then opened her own design and innovation studio and began lecturing in Bezalel’s advanced education program. It was as a result of her experience as a lecturer that Lihi discovered her passion for project-based learning and design thinking. Today, Lihi is active as a design manager, constantly pushing organizations and brands out of their comfort zones. She lecturers on design to budding entrepreneurs at the M.B.A. program at the Coller School of Management at Tel Aviv University as well as at Bezalel and Hadassa College, Jerusalem. As her children grow, she wants them to have a strong education. She launched a grassroots community, now numbering some 300 families, of parents interested in the Waldorf educational system (anthroposophy) in Petach Tikva in order to give families more options when it comes to choosing educational frameworks for their children. Lihi is also an active member of the TOM community, participating in an ongoing effort to find creative solutions for people with disabilities. A secular Israeli, Lihi currently lives in Petach Tikva with her partner and two chlidren, Itamar (6) and Yoav (4). Empathy and inclusion have always been a defining theme in her life.
