Lily is a nonprofit communications and fundraising professional. She is also an experiential Jewish educator and a passionate community organizer with years of experience building warm and welcoming Jewish spaces. Lily is pursuing a certification from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) to become a professional coach and facilitator. While living in New York City, Lily co-founded a Jewish community called "The Beis" that is a growing, vibrant Orthodox synagouge and a spiritual home for people of all backgrounds. She was one of the organizers of Platforma, a global network of Russian-speaking Jewish community initiators that has sparked dialogue and partnership in 30 cities across the world. Lily has an M.P.A. in Non-Profit Management and an M.A. in Jewish Studies from NYU, a Certificate in Jewish Experiential Education from YU, and a B.A. in Business Management from the Sy Syms School of Business. She lives in Jerusalem with her husband Gary and her children Tagel, Judah, and Selah.
