Lisa Dubler is a Program Officer on the Leadership and Talent Team, based in the Washington, D.C. office. Lisa’s work focuses on the Schusterman Fellowship, partnering with Fellows to build customized leadership development plans, managing the Online Learning Series and supporting Fellows through their coaching journeys.
Prior to joining the Charles and Lynn Schusterman Family Foundation, Lisa was part of the Organizational Development Team at The Washington Post, where she developed and produced culture-building experiences centered around innovation, growth and continuous learning. She joined The Post after four memorable years at Sixth & I Historic Synagogue, hosting cultural programs with authors and thought leaders and overseeing Sixth & I’s volunteer and event assistant programs.
Lisa graduated from the University of Redlands with a Bachelor of Science in Global Business and a minor in French. Growing up in both the D.C. area and Southern California, you can find her exploring indie bookstores and coffee shops, or by the nearest beach. Lisa lives in Washington, D.C. with her husband, Grant.
