Malu Zayon is a cultural producer, working as a curator and cinema producer.
Studied Journalism in Havana Cuba, and Cinema in Israel, at Sam Spiegel and Tel Aviv University.
She has been working as an Independent producer for several companies in a wide range of film and art projects, from live music international productions, art exhibitions, to commercials and cinema (fiction and documentary films). She is an Executive Producer at Apertura Films
She is the co-founder of the Gallery Cultural Center Almacen, and today an active Curator at Beit Kandinof, hosting art exhibitions and cultural events.
Since She made aliah to Israel in 2004 She has produced events, from art exhibitions, art festivals, cinema screening, with the participation of leading Israeli creators, combining emerging content with a sensible perspective, and a great capacity to bring young artists to a wide audience. Each event offered a unique experience.
She is in a very close relationship with her hometown Cuban Jewish community, where she was an active leader before moving to Israel.
