Martin, a 37-year-old Argentinian, is married and the father of two children. His involvement in Jewish education began as a teenager, when he was a madrich at the Club Hebraica Argentina. Martin is passionate about educational processes and accompanying people in their personal and professional development. To that end, he pursued a B.A. in education sciences and an M.A. in human resources. Martin was a coordinator of education for JDC LATAM, where he developed several innovative programs. His entrepreneurial spirit has led him to the corporate sphere, first leading people processes for McDonald's Latin America (90,000 employees) and then working as a talent and culture manager in the Garbarino Group (5,500 employees), the top retail company in Argentina. Martin is also currently a member of Lazos Latam, working on projects in Chile, Argentina, Mexico, Uruguay, and Peru. One of the most exciting of these is Pilpul, a playful space for the study and debate of everyday ethical dilemmas from a Jewish perspective. Getting its start in Buenos Aires, the project soon expanded to the rest of Argentina, and from there to Uruguay, Colombia, Ecuador, Panama, and the rest of Latin America. Pilpul is remarkable for its transformative power and has had an impact on over 5,000 young Jews thus far.
