Michal is an Israel-based social tech entrepreneur who is passionate about creating a more inclusive world where no one is neglected and everyone has access to solutions for their challenges, no matter where they live or their socio-economic status. She is  the co-founder of the Good Group, an initiative that examines how we can create affordable and marketable products that solve challenges facing people with disabilities and is changing how we tell and share the incredible stories of what happens when tech meets need.

Prior to the Good Group,  Michal was on the founding team of TOM: Tikkun Olam Makers at the Reut Group, an initiative that brings together the worlds of technology and need to solve challenges facing people with disabilities. where she led TOM’s global operations and grew it from one community in Israel to 35 around the world in 2.5 years. Michal has also worked with a variety of NGOs around the world on resource development and PR strategy. In 2012, she relocated to northern Japan to help manage an aid project in the area of the tsunami and earthquake with IsraAID.
