Education: 2000, Moscow ORT Technology School, 2006, Master Degree in applied math from Moscow State Institute of Electronics and Math,2010, vocational training “Modern technologies for NGO management”, Higher School of Economics, 2011, professional degree in Psychology of intercultural communication in education from Moscow State University of Psychology & Education Mikhail joined ORT team in July 2000. Nowadays Mikhail combines the position of Director of development for ORT-Russia and Head of IT department for ORT in FSU. He is responsible for development of partnership with local IT and community organizations and for IT strategy. Mikhail involved as volunteer in many projects of Moscow Jewish community. He is a co-chair of Limmud Moscow, member of steering committee of Kaet Jewish social business incubator. Mikhail has more than 15 years’ experience in Jewish informal education. Mikhail provides consultations for educational and NGO institutions about IT strategy and infrastructure.
