Nati is a journalist, a lover of conscious movement and a personal transformation coach. Born in Colombia, she has always been somewhat of a restless traveler, always seeking to learn new things and expand her boundaries. Nati is the creator of JaiYoga, a method that seeks to generate inspiration from physical movement while incorporating texts of Jewish thought and philosophy. For the past two years she has been guiding a chavurah in Colombia to create study spaces for the younger generations with the goal of keeping Jewish tradition alive m’dor le dor (from generation to generation). Nati is a member of Bet Shalom, a progressive Jewish community in Barcelona, and has been working in its Communications Department since 2013. She holds an M.A. in yoga studies from the Ca'Foscari University of Venice and an M.A. in personal development and leadership from the University of Barcelona. Nati’s movement coaching and facilitation is enriched not only by her hundreds of hours of experience as well as her training, but also by her constant personal journey of development and emotional management. She is currently a facilitator of Familia Conciencia, a parenting educational program developed in Colombia by Fundación Conciencia, and is a student at the Iberoamerican Institute for Reform Rabbinical Education in Buenos Aires (IIFRR).
