Navonel Glick (Voni) is IsraAID's Co-CEO at the organization's headquarters in Tel Aviv, Israel. He is responsible for all the day-to-day leadership and oversees the general management of the organization. Prior to this role, Voni served as IsraAID's COO and Programs Director, managing the Tel Aviv headquarters office and leading disaster-response missions throughout the globe. Missions have gone to disaster areas such as the Philippines after Typhoon Haiyan, Sierra Leone after the Ebola outbreak, Northern Iraq since the emergence of the Islamic State and many more. Before joining IsraAID, Voni spent 4 years in Nepal with the organization Tevel b'Tzedek, working in volunteer management and long-term development projects to alleviate poverty with communities in rural and urban settings. In 2016, Voni was awarded the Muhammad Ali Humanitarian Award for Spirituality and was nominated on the annual Forbes 30 Under 30 list.
