Nirit Bialer was born in 1978 in Israel. From 1987-1989, she lived in Lagos, Nigeria, where atended an American International School. In 1996, she completed high school in Israel, specializing in French and biology. From 1997-1999, she served in the IDF followed by a year of traveling in South America. She earned a B.A. from the Hebrew Univesity of Jerusalem in international relations and Middle Eastern studies. Later she earned an M.A. from Tel Aviv University in security studies. From 2006-2011, Nirit worked at the Israeli Embassy for the Israeli Ministry of Defense in Berlin, which supports Israeli youth visiting Germany. Since 2007, Nirit has organized an Israeli monthly meeting in Berlin. From 2009-2010, she co-moderated the German Israeli radio show, Kol- Berlin. Since November 2010, Nirit has been promoting the Israeli culture house in Berlin.
