Nitzan is from Tzoran, Israel. She is a journalist, which has been her dream since she was a child, as well as a social entrepreneur. Nitzan was born in Jerusalem, and received her degree in international relations, political communication, and gender studies from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. This was a meaningful and formative period in her life, during which she realized that to achieve positive change is possible, if you have the passion, knowledge, and the connections to make it happen. After completing her B.A. she decided to establish Young Politicians, a political and social enterprise whose goal is to encourage young women to become politicians. She believes that young women have the potential to provide freshness, idealism, and positive energy that will directly impact the system for the better. As national director of Young Politicians, Nitzan is currently focused on its geographical expansion. Currently operating in three locations: Jerusalem, Beer Sheva, and Tel Aviv, she hopes to take it nation-wide within the next five years.
