As CEO of ROI Community, No’a develops the strategic direction of the organization and its programs. Managing a talented team of professionals in Jerusalem, she oversees the curation of ROI’s global network of change agents.
No’a began her career as a marketing professional in the Israeli high-tech industry, but transitioned into the nonprofit sector to add meaning to her life while impacting the Jewish world. No’a served as Associate Director of Kolot, an organization that aims to increase Jewish identity among secular Israelis through Jewish text study, before joining the Chais Family Foundation, where she worked to advance educational excellence and deepen Jewish identity in Israel. Prior to joining ROI, she worked on partnership development at the Rashi Foundation.
No’a holds a Bachelor of Arts with honors in psychology and a Master of Business Administration, both from the Hebrew University.
