No'a Gorlin
No’a has two decades of experience working on behalf of high-profile social change efforts in Israel and the Jewish world. No’a is now seeking a new opportunity in the business or nonprofit sector that aligns her passion for this work with her strengths in people and programmatic management. No’a has deep experience building and leading high-impact strategies and teams to deliver on organizational goals. She is a team player by nature and thrives in collaborative, mission-driven work environments.
For the last decade No’a served as CEO of ROI Community helping set the strategy for the organization, building and leading a team of professionals, establishing the ROI Summit as a highly sought-after experience and model for others, and developing its year-round strategy for alumni network engagement.
No’a began her career as a marketing professional in the Israeli high-tech industry and transitioned into the nonprofit sector to add meaning to her life while impacting the Jewish world. No’a served as Associate Director of Kolot, an organization that aims to increase Jewish identity among secular Israelis through Jewish text study, before joining the Chais Family Foundation, where she worked to advance educational excellence and deepen Jewish identity in Israel. Prior to joining ROI, she worked on partnership development at the Rashi Foundation.
No’a holds a Bachelor of Arts with honors in Psychology and a Master of Business Administration, both from the Hebrew University. No’a lives in Jerusalem with her husband and 4 children and loves to read, hike, cook and bake.
