From the time she was a little girl, Noa knew she wanted to be involved in public decision making. Her favorite TV show was The West Wing, where young, smart, dedicated people help shape better public policy. With that dream in mind, Noa enrolled to the PPE program (philosophy, politics, and economics) at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. During her studies she started working at the biggest lobbying firm in Israel– rubbing shoulders with Parliament members and attending Parliament hearings. Unfortunately, it proved disappointing. Members of Parliament proved to be more focused on appearance than on substance. But, she also discovered that young, dedicated, influential men and women are to be found. They sat across the table from the Parliament members and their assistants. In Hebrew slang they're called "the treasury kids" and they work at the Budget Division – responsible for the Government's budget and for economic reforms. She wanted to be one of them. And three years later she was. Today she heads the Helathcare Sector team.
