Noa officially joined Schusterman Family Philanthropies- Israel in 2023 after several years as an independent producer and ROI community member since 2007. She produces and manages the annual ROI Community Summit and other Schusterman events in Israel. Noa has vast experience in the fields of culture, restaurants, production and project management. 

Prior to joining Schusterman, Noa worked as an independent producer, managing and producing hackathon and makeathon projects, complex international conferences in Israel and abroad, diverse cultural events, delegations and various other events in a wide range of fields such as agriculture, medicine, sports and space, including the launch of the Beresheet spacecraft in 2019.

Noa also previously owned the legendary Barnash Café in Tel Aviv, was the lead singer and guitarist of the Tel Aviv-based band The Carsitters, and produced award-winning Israeli plays.
