Noa was born in Jerusalem, the second of five siblings to an Israeli-Italian family. Her father was an Israeli diplomat, so Noa spent her childhood in Scotland, Argentina, and Spain before returning to Israel to serve in the IDF. Noa currently lives and works in Milan and has just completed nine years as director of investor relations at JVP. In her role she oversaw fundraising and day to day interactions with the $1.2b fund’s investors. She is a passionate promoter of technology for social impact and global social change. Prior to joining JVP, NOa worked for five years at the U.S. State Department at the consulate in Jerusalem. In 2017, through the auspices of the UNDP, Noa led several workshops on financial technologies as a way to bridge social gaps, through the auspices workshops together with the UNDP in Armenia and Georgia. She is now an adviser to the UNDP on social impact investments. Also in 2017 Noa was selected to be one of 50 global young leaders on the Council for US-Italy Relations, and nominated by the U.S. State Department to be part of the Israeli delegation to the Global Entrepreneurship Summit in India, which focused on female entrepreneurship and empowerment. Recently Noa joined the advisory board of PresenTense’s LEAP program. She is speaks Hebrew and English, and is fluent in Spanish and Italian.
