Noah is the Senior Program Officer for Technology for the Charles and Lynn Schusterman Family Foundation. Based in San Francisco, Noah embraced technology when it was hard to love. He was writing code when there was not an app for that and when computers did not talk and could not listen. Noah oversees the foundation’s cloud technology and all custom development. He is responsible for developing technology solutions to the unique challenges of a global philanthropy that is both a grantmaking and operating foundation.
Prior to joining Schusterman, Noah spent the first 12 years of his career as a union model maker in the visual effects industry in Hollywood, California. For the past 15 years, Noah has enjoyed using technology to enhance the missions of commercial and non-profit organizations. He was the Director of Marketing for Goodwill Industries in San Francisco and a Senior Technical Consultant at a Salesforce.com platinum consulting partner.
Noah holds multiple technology certifications and found a scenic route through his education that took him from Venice Beach though the University of Alaska, UCLA and UC Berkley. Noah holds a BA in history from UCLA and an MBA from the UC Berkley Haas School of Business. He enjoys living in northern California with his family and many animals. When he has free time, he builds things—anything—especially robotic things.
