Ophir is the CEO and founder of Social Export Israel, a social business with a primary focus on encouraging the organizational leadership tactics of the Israeli civil society to expose partners in the international community to innovative, successful and adaptive models. Ophir is also a member of the board of directors of Midburn, an Israeli NGO and a community that just like its American 'big sister'- organizes inspiring artistic events in the Israeli Negev.
Ophir's career path is focused on providing individuals and organisations with the tools to change public discourse as he has been for over 3 years consultant and team leader at TARA, a strategic consulting firm specialising in regulatory processes. Previously, as the director of the StandWithUs Israel fellowship, a student leadership program in public diplomacy, Ophir and his team educated hundreds of students and gave them the tools to initiative, plan, fundraise, and execute projects that reached and influenced thousands of people worldwide, helping them understand Israel beyond the conflict. As an international lawyer for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ophir lead Israel’s Legal Advocacy fund. He organised conferences that gave tools to pro-Israel foreign lawyers and formed an international jurists community for sharing knowledge and promoting initiatives.
