Orli recently graduated from Hebrew University with a BA in Business, Sociology and Anthropology. Prior to her academic studies, she served in the IDF as a commander and later as coordinator in the Nativ course, strengthening Jewish identity among soldiers. Jewish identity has been a passion for Orli since her childhood; much of her identity has been cemented around the Shabbat table as her family routinely hosted Birthright and other multinational groups and tourists with Orli participating in the lively and varied topics of discussion. Orli has lived in Jerusalem ever since her parents made Aliya when she was one and a half years old – and she isn’t planning on leaving. Orli and her husband Eitan, whom she met in the 1st grade and lived down the street, live in the vibrant Katamonim neighborhood of the City.
