Phillip Brodsky is the executive director of The David Project an initiative of Hillel International. As executive director, Phil updated the organization's strageic plan in 2016 and most recently navigated the organization's merger with Hillel. Prior to serving as executive director, Phil was David Project's campus director for four years, a time during which Phil oversaw the campus department go through a major strategic shift and development of The David Project's relational advocacy strategy.
Phil earned his MBA and Master’s in Jewish Professional Leadership from Brandeis University from the Hornstein and Heller Schools in 2010. Prior to that, Phil was the Director of Jewish Programming for Alpha Epsilon Pi Fraternity for three years. While at AEPi, Phil taught student leaders how to organize successful philanthropic programs, bring Jewish enrichment programming into their chapters and talk about Israel within the fraternity and sorority community. Originally from Charlotte, Phil did his undergraduate work at Univeristy of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
