Rebecca (Becca) Youngerman is an independent consultant who works with nonprofit organizations, foundations and businesses. Through her business, RGY Consulting, her primary areas of focus include meeting design + facilitation and strategic planning. She brings over 20 years of experience working with nonprofit organizations, including 10 years in the Jewish professional sector with local, national and international organizations. Her career has taken her to New York City, Washington, DC, Chicago, Cleveland and San Francisco. During this time, Becca has led strategic processes, designed leadership structures and programs, and trained audiences from diverse backgrounds and experiences. Throughout her career, she has built, trained, and managed multiple boards, as well as volunteered on more than a dozen local and national nonprofit boards. Becca currently serves on the Executive Commitee for the Jewish Women's Foundation of New York.
Becca earned an MPA and a BA in Political Science from American University’s School of Public Affairs. She also completed a Certificate in Facilitation from Georgetown University’s Institute for Transformational Leadership and earned a nonprofit executive education certificate from the Kellogg School of Management Board Member Institute for Jewish nonprofits. She is part of the inaugural cohort of the Schusterman Fellowship and is a member of the ROI Community. Becca is a proud native of Madison, WI. More than 30 years after riding on a float in the MACY*S Thanksgiving Day Parade, she finally moved to NYC in 2014. Becca is the mother of two young sons.
