Ron is an Associate on the Communications Team for Schusterman Family Philanthropies where he is tasked with crafting messaging for the REALITY program. Ron also works actively to craft messaging across the organization's seven grantmaking portfolios and on several internal and external communications efforts for Schusterman.

Prior to joining Schusterman, Ron worked on a wide range of marketing, public relations and communications projects in diverse disciplines including food inequality, justice and advocacy, continuing education, social and emotional learning, bullying prevention, small business growth and tech training. He is also an accomplished freelance journalist having traveled to and reported on several music festivals, including SXSW.

In his spare time, Ron is a lover of books, films, graphic novels, and is a passionate collector of vinyl records. If he isn’t listening to an audiobook or a podcast, he can be found outdoors enjoying nature with his wife.
